“放学”用英语怎么说？
放学的表达方式有很多种，以下一起来学习下：

直接使用“go home”表达离开学校回家。
例如：
After class, I go home from school.
下课后，我离开学校回家。

Finish school for the day:
指当天学校的课程已经结束，可以离开学校。
例如：
It's four o'clock, we have finished school for the day.
现在是四点，我们当天的课程已经结束了。

Get off school: 
直接使用“get off”表达离开学校。
例如：
What time do you get off school today?
今天你什么时候放学？

Leave school: 
直接使用“leave”表达离开学校。
例如：
I usually leave school at 4:30pm.

Wrap up school: 意为“结束学校活动”
可以指当天的课程已经结束，或整个学期结束等。

we're wrapping up school with a party.
学年的最后一天，我们要用一个派对结束学期。

今天放学后我去找你好吗？
The teacher kept the boys in detention after school.
老师在放学后罚男孩们留了下来。
“停课”英语怎么说？
短暂停几天，常用的英语表达是：Suspend class。“恢复上课”可以用：Resume class。
例句：
Classes were suspended that day.
那天学校停课了。
I hope that the students will resume class soon.
